High School Senior Award

Student Financial Awards

History

As part of the 50th Anniversary celebration in 1974, past presidents formed the Student Aid Fund, offering financial awards to high school seniors who planned to major in music at the college/university level. Since 1974, over $275,000 has been awarded to 378 students. Our annual March Fundraiser encourages members and friends to contribute. The most recent financial award recipients perform at our May Program.

High School Senior Financial Award

Royal Oak Musicale offers yearly financial awards to qualifying high school seniors who plan to major or double major in music at the college/university level. The award seeks to recognize outstanding musical ability and encourage continuance of education with music as a major or second major endeavor.
